Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 calendar days, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, an item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when received
- In its original packaging, with all included components and documentation
The following items are non-returnable once their packaging has been opened:
- CO₂ cylinders
- Flavor syrups
- Other consumable products
Return Shipping
Return shipping is provided at no cost to the customer. A prepaid return label is issued once the return is approved. We do not charge restocking fees or any other return-related fees.

Return Initiation
To start a return, send an email to info@sodastrream.com with the order number and the reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with the return authorization and shipping label.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received at the address above, inspection is completed within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately. The time for the refund to appear on the original payment method is as follows:
- Credit and debit cards: 7 to 10 business days
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
Refunds are issued only to the payment method used in the original transaction.
Defective or Incorrect Items
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact info@sodastrream.com. We provide a prepaid return label and, upon request, arrange a replacement shipment. Photo documentation may be requested.
