SodaStrream is a brand of home carbonation products sold online through sodastrream.com. Our product range includes countertop sparkling water machines, replacement CO₂ cylinders, and a selection of flavor syrups formulated for use with carbonated water.
What We Offer
The core product line centers on home carbonation. A SodaStrream machine carbonates still water using a pressurized CO₂ cylinder. The process does not require batteries or electrical power on most models. Once carbonated, water can be consumed plain or mixed with one of our flavor syrups.
Our flavor syrup collection includes fruit-based, herbal, and classic soda profiles. Syrups are sold in bottles with measured-pour caps. Usage instructions and suggested water-to-syrup ratios are printed on each product label.
Operations
We fulfill orders from our facility in Columbus, Ohio. All orders placed on sodastrream.com ship to addresses within the United States. We do not operate physical retail locations. Sales are conducted exclusively through our website.
Shipping and Returns Summary
- Shipping: Free standard ground shipping on all orders. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment. We ship to addresses within the United States.
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free. No restocking fees apply. CO₂ cylinders and syrups cannot be returned once opened.
