Order Processing
Orders placed on sodastrream are processed within 1 to 2 business days. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is submitted. A second email containing tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not process shipments to international destinations, P.O. boxes that cannot receive ground shipments from major carriers, or U.S. territories with restricted freight service.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We provide one shipping option:
- Method: Standard Ground
- Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment
- Cost: Free
No minimum purchase is required for free shipping. Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather events and carrier operational delays.
Carrier Information
We fulfill orders using nationally recognized third-party ground carriers. The specific carrier for each shipment is determined at the time of fulfillment based on the destination address. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
